Refund Policy
At Mukil Traders, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
- Refunds are applicable only in cases where:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
- Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable food items once opened.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details.
Mukil Traders reserves the right to deny refunds if the conditions above are not met.
