Due to the nature of our products (food and traditional consumables), returns are limited.

• Returns are accepted only if:
  
  
  • You received a wrong item, or
    
    
  • The product is physically damaged during transit.
    
    
• The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  
  
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  
  

Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
